The house (duplex) is fully equipped and has a living-dining room with fireplace, air conditioning and direct access to the private garden (55mt2), surrounded by hedges that provide privacy and natural grass. The kitchen, open concept to the dining room in a 100% integrated space, has all the necessary appliances (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine and dryer and Smart TV.

The house has 3 bedrooms, ideal for families of 4 to 6 people or groups of friends. The master bedroom contains a double bed with private balcony and a large window overlooking the entire valley. The other 2 rooms have 2 single beds each. The space is all integrated on the second floor.

The space has 2 fully equipped bathrooms with shower, located one on each floor.
